To provide current & accurate Supplemental Purse Award Claim Status, we have developed a system
of notification.
When a claim is received at our offices, we will update the web site with a report showing all claims, by Owner
Name and Horse Name, of claims received for that payment period.
This is not a guarantee that your claim has been accepted
and approved for processing by our Accounting and Auditing Staff but, only that your claim has been received and logged into our system.
We
are providing this new system as a service to the West Virginia Racing Community and welcome your feedback via mail, fax, or email
to
racing@wvnet.edu ! Please let us know if this system is helpful and/or how we can improve it.

(to represent the previous name of 10-10-10), to view all batches in our system and each of their currnet status.

with explanation, is included and can be reached at
I will be updating the individual batches with anticipated payout dates as
well as let you know when they have been processed.
We have also developed a new claim form. On the new claim form date 11/2011 on
the bottom, you will notice a "Check Box" if you DO NOT want your claim acknowledge when received by the WV Racing Commission. A sample
of what would be posted is listed below. However, if you do not want this basic information disclosed, simply "check" the box. This
will in no other way affect the claim.
